Drum therapy

Drum therapy is an ancient approach that uses rhythm to promote healing and self-expression. From the shamans of Mongolia to the Minianka healers of West Africa, therapeutic rhythm techniques have been used for thousands of years to create and maintain physical, mental, and spiritual health.

Current research is now verifying the therapeutic effects of ancient rhythm techniques. Recent research reviews indicate that drumming accelerates physical healing, boosts the immune system and produces feelings of well-being, a release of emotional trauma, and reintegration of self.

Sound therapy

Sound therapy is a holistic medicinal technique that affects the frequency patterns of an individual in a positive way.

The sound therapy practitioner uses various instruments to produce frequencies that bring the cells of the body into a harmonious state, focusing on specific energy centers in the body and bringing them into balance with one another.

The effects of sound therapy treatment includes increased vitality, circulation, calmness, personal growth and empowerment, energy, balanced emotions, and a deeper connection to the central energy source that produces the vibratory frequencies within ourselves and our environments. All the cells in our bodies vibrate to certain frequencies, so finding that frequency or note will help us to realign and find our natural balance and vitality.
